Technical Details

Q: Is my personal information secure?: Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share or sell your data. Furthermore, the AI Assistant does not remember conversations after your session ends. Additionally, we are not collecting your user information to further train our models.
Q: What file formats can I export my resume in?: With a Pro account, you can currently only export as a PDF. This format allows the AI to be maximally creative in formatting your resume.

Pricing and Accounts

Q: What's the difference between free and pro accounts?

Running AI's can be expensive, so we hope that most users will opt to pay for an account. However, we also want users to be able to try out Doulevo.ai and to experience what it's like to create a resume this way.

So, with a Free account you will be able to generate a resume in the exact same way you would with a Pro account. However, features like Exporting are reserved for Pro accounts.

Q: Can I cancel my pro subscription anytime?
